We hired a dog trainer, but we received a miracle worker. At our consultation, we were a stressed and exhausted couple at the end of our rope feeling completely hopeless with our nervous and unmanageable gian puppy. Kim gives personalized attention to every member of her Basic Manners class, human AND canine! She is warm and positive and her methods are reward-based. She gives targeted feedback and individualized attention for each pup. If you do the homework Kim assigns, your pet is sure to graduate!
